Chilcoten Raspberries are excellent, disease resistant, and vigorous plants. They produce reliably high yields of tasty red raspberries that you can expect to ripen for four-five weeks early in the season and oftentimes again later in the season if conditions are allow. Chilcoten can be grown on a trellis, and should be watered regularly throughout the summer months when the plants are young. Lightly thin out older any unhealthy canes in winter as this variety will flower and fruit on the previous season’s growth. Our Chilcoten Raspberries are conventionally grown.
