Skirret Seedling (perennial white carrotish)

Essential addition to the perennial vegetable garden, Skirret is a member of the carrot family and is similar to parsnips and carrots with its large delicious, sweet roots. The Roots can be divided to create more Skirret plants and are best harvested in winter when they are tender and delicious.
