Come Volunteer With Us
We would love you to bring your energy into our work!
We regularly host individuals, community groups, schools, and businesses at our four-acre mother farm in El Sobrante, at the Good Table in El Sobrante, & our East Oakland nursery for volunteer work days.
Because most of our on-site volunteer work involves working with plants, the tasks vary a great deal from season to season. Join us on a regular basis throughout the year to gain exposure to a wide variety of different activities, tools, and techniques to round out your farm, nursery & garden education.
When you volunteer please wear sturdy, close-toed shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and long plants. Also, please refrain from bringing soda on the premises, as Planting Justice is a soda-free zone. Water and other beverages are welcome.
For final details, including the Liability and Media Release form, how to get there, and what to bring, click on the tabs below.
