It is one of the most reliable for the rainy climates of the pacific northwest, consistently producing heay crops. Ripens just a few days after Redhaven and has similar excellent brown rot resistance allowing it to set fruit even during wet and rainy spring weather. Excellent for dessert, freezing and canning. Needs 800 chill hours.
