Volunteer at the Mother Farm

Our mother orchard is in El Sobrante just east of Richmond. This is where our mother fruit trees live. They produce some fruit, and raw material for more trees.

We are taking volunteer on

Tuesdays @10 am or 1pm

and

Thursday @ 10 am or 1pm

and the Second Saturday of every month.

Let us know when you’d like to join us.

 COVID-19 Measures

        If you are sick or think you may be, stay home!

  • Maintain the recommended 6ft distance at all times

  • Please follow CDC’s current guidelines.
  • Please bring your own face covering, gloves, water bottles, hats, sunscreen, and rain gear as we can’t provide any at this time.

  • We have hydrogen peroxide available for anyone whom would like to sanitize tools and sanitizer in the toilets.

  • If you have any specific COVID needs please let us know, so we can do our best to accommodate.

Volunteer at the Nursery

Our 2-acre production nursery is located in the Sobrante Park neighborhood of East Oakland. This is where we start new plants and grow them up for sale.

Monday – Saturday,

Anytime 10AM-4PM with conformation.

We need to make sure we only have so many volunteers on-site at a time.

COVID-19 Measures

  • We are currently limiting volunteers. Let us know if are there alternative dates/times you could come.

  • Please bring your own face covering, gloves, water bottles, hats, and rain gear as we can’t provide any at this time.

  • Please help us sanitizing tools, doorknobs, hose handles, and anything you touch with the supplies provided. 

  • Spray bottles to sanitize are provided.
