West coast native highly prized for its incredibly showy spring bloom,(which attracts butterflies) beautiful fall color and ease of growing. Small blue-black berries are edible and prized by wildlife. Needs little water and is very low maintenance. Grows up to 8feet tall and is hardy zones 7-9.
