Many consider this the BEST TASTING PEACH for homeowners! Â This large fruit, with yellow skin and a red blush, is freestone with yellow flesh that reddens near the pit. Â This is a sweet, melty textured peach with incredible flavor. Â Similar to other peaches like Elberta, this self-fertile peach is pointed a bit in shape.
Bud sport of Ventura peach. Reported to preform well in Central and Southern CA’s mild-winter coastal climates.
Requires 250 – 300 hours annual chill below 45 °F. Ripens early to mid-July.
