Western Redbud (Cercis occidentalis) (Organic)

Beautiful magenta blooms in the spring are followed by handsome blue-green 3 inch round leaves in the summer. Attractive long lasting  seedpods form after the flowers fall and last through the
winter. Leaves turn shades of red and yellow in the fall making this a showy tree year round. Small shrub or tree usually growing to 10 to 18 feet tall with one to several trunks. Very drought tolerant. Native to California, Arizona and Utah
